I’m Slim Jym, an island gal lifestyle blogger living in Canada. 

After completing my study of Management with Finance at the University of the West Indies Cave-Hill, I moved here for a change of scenery and I guess you can say access to more opportunities.

A few years ago I started rambling about my passions, thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I created The Life & Times of Slim Jym to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind.  I’ve been making Youtube videos since 2017 and created the web-series, Jym’s Theories of Evolution, in which I document my theories and thoughts about growing up and living life as a  Caribbean 20 something.

I co-founded The Crowned Society . My roommate and I started the organization to help young women on our university campus develop personally and professionally while forming sisterhood bonds and doing community service.
