If you watch Youtube videos, read blogs, or watch shows on Netflix, chances are you love or will love podcasts. The first podcast I ever listened to was The Solid on Sound Cloud, a Bahamian comedic podcast that got me through homesickness throughout my time in Uni. The Solid is still definitely a fav and I would advise everyone to listen if you have a chance. It wasn't until recently though I discovered how totally amazing podcasts really are. The variety of content is mind blowing. Just like you can find a Youtube video or a Blog about anything, you can probably find a podcast about ANYTHING! I recently dove a little deeper into the podcast world because Youtube content has started to become boring and Netflix only puts out the good stuff every once in a while so podcasts are my new form of entertainment. It's definitely a plus that I can listen to them while doing just about anything because I LOVE multitasking (which is probably not a good thing but we will talk about that at a later date). Ok enough of my rambling here are a few podcast that I love and think everyone should listen to at least once.

Super Soul Conversations podcast is Oprah’s personal selection of her interviews with thought-leaders, best-selling authors, spiritual luminaries, as well as health and wellness experts. All designed to light you up, guide you through life’s big questions and help bring you one step closer to your best self. I love this podcast so many reasons but mainly because it's insightful and opens your mind up to think about life and the way we go about things in such a more simple and obvious way. Its #1 because the wealth of guest Oprah has on the show provides insight for everyone from all walks of life and all beliefs. Truly a profound podcast.

The Ground Up Show is another insightful podcast. It provides candid conversations with everyday individuals talking about how they worked their way from the ground up to accomplish all the goals they set for themselves. They discuss challenges and triumphs and all the in betweens. It emphasises the importance of the small steps in the journey toward bigger goals. I love the candidness of this show and the fact that it shows that in a world where instant gratification and instant success is so popular hard work and determination still pays off.

The Daily Show with Trevor Noah: Ears Edition provides highlights of the day's top headlines through a sharp reality based lens. Trevor discusses the biggest topics in politics, pop culture and more. I love this podcast because it talks about the news in a comedic sense but also in a realistic sense, zooming in to the things the typical news reporter may graze over.

The GaryVee Audio Experience has episodes of Gary's favorite series called the #AskGaryVee Show, a mix of highlights from the DAILYVEE documentary video series, keynote speeches on marketing and business, interviews, fireside chats, and any of his new and current thoughts. I love this podcast one, because I'm a millennial and it talks about ways to use social media marketing in business. The second reason I love this podcast because like The Ground Up Show, it emphasises the importance of actually doing the work.

The Lonely Hour Podcast is as the name states about loneliness. The aim is to de-stigmatise loneliness and emphasise the joys that come from solitude. I love this podcast because I'm most definitely a loner and someone who fully enjoys my own company. This podcast makes me feel a lot less guilty about choosing to be alone for 6 of the 7 days of the weeks
